Antique Vintage Arrow 4 wheeled Wood Wicker Wheelchair Erie Penn.Ser No 31096This is a lovely antique wicker wheelchair/potty-chair. This chair is in really good condition. All joints, leavers, and latches work well. Wheels turn and move freely. The wicker is all intact no holes. This chair also comes with the pan that goes in it for the potty.
