Vintage Technics turntable SL-5 linear tracking - $60 - (Glenshaw, PA)

The vintage turntable is in good physical condition. There is some wear in the plastic but nothing is cracked. We played a record and the sound was too crackly; could be a poor preamp but we are not experts and thus not sure. The sound volume was fine, just did not sound like true stereo. You may need a new p-mount cartridge with stylus or a better receiver. A new Audio-Technica standard p-mount is about $30 on ebay. A higher grade can be had for $40-$60. Unit comes with power cord. Some scuffing on the cover. It is fully automatic and the design keeps fingers away from the tone arm and stylus.
