Vintage Kustom III Monitor Graphic Equalizer Model: III MON Powers ON UNTESTED - $400 - (Hartford, CT)

Here I have a Vintage Kustom III Monitor Graphic Equalizer Model: III MON. The equalizer Powers ON and appears to be in working condition, you hear it running/humming but remains UNTESTED as I have no real way to test. The "EQ IN/OUT" button sticks a little and it take a small push down to unstick it. Button could be bad? Needs internal cleaning? It is in obvious used shape for its age and with wear/storage.
