Large Beaver Taxidermy Mount - $400 - (Morristown, TN)

The vintage beaver mount with stump is 27 inches long, 17 inches tall and 10 inches wide. It is mounted on board ( 35 inches, by 11 inches) with cut off stump. The tail has some damage with minor wear on the fur and nose. Whiskers, teeth and feet are in good condition. Some one told me it must have been a western USA beaver since it is so large. I have owned it for over 20 years and I do not know it's history.
