It is a light weight cotton that is turquoise with little light turquoise dots. The bodice is trimmed with 2 rows of light turquoise rick rack at the neckline and is lined and has a velcro closure in the back. The gathered skirt is 6" long, has an attached double crinoline and is trimmed with 2 rows of light turquoise ric rac at the bottom. The dress was made by me in my smoke-free home.
