Shows actual DB at the point of measurement. This is lab grade broadcast studio equipment. Condition: Excellent physical condition. We see no damage nor modification nor issue with this. Units power up and appears responsive. Otherwise no further tests were possible here. Because we have no way to evaluate it, we must sell strictly "as is".
