2 Antique Vintage Blue Transferware Plates Salad 7 3/4" Floral Tassel Moon River - $24 - (Bristol, VT)

I have up for your consideration two deep blue transferware plates. They are not marked. The scene is of people standing, sitting on the river bank with a building and mountains in the background, the moon in the sky. The border is floral with tassels. The plates measure 7 3/4" in diameter. One plate has a rim chip and a small rough edge spot on the rim. The other has two very small chips on the rim. They both have crackling in the glaze. No cracks. They have some discoloration, one plate more than the other. Any information on the manufacturer would be greatly appreciated.
