Home of the "Yooperlite". Pictures were taken by 365Nm Ultra Violet Flashlight. Please use a similar light to brighten and reveal the sodalite inclusions within these clasts. There are a lot of lights out there, they will produce a different looking color. I've seen purple, orange, pink, yellow, white, blue all from the same stone depending on the light. The stone was dry in the photos, the last photo was taken under natural lighting. Wet or polished stones appear brighter and more gem like. A quarter and ruler were used to help indicate size.
