Vintage Planet Jr No 4 or 25? Cultivator Seeder Planter Original Gardening Tool - $180 - (Somerset, KY)

This is a planet jr. seeder. I don't know a lot about it. I'm unsure which model it is. There are some parts missing like the handles, hopper, and lid but much of it is there. The base of the hopper has a small crack in it (see photo). Everything moves freely. If you have questions I can do my best to answer. Thanks
