Antique Late 18-Early 19th C Architectural Wraught Iron Door Latch Acorn Finial - $12 - (Wallingford, PA)
Up for auction is an antique wraught iron architectural door hinge recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia PA area. It is found in good used condition. It is missing the catch. Condition issues includes scratching and discoloration throughout, bends in the metal and surface rust. Old white paint remnants. Measures approximately 7" x 1 1/2" in size. Has a nice acorn style finial. For reuse, repurpose or steampunk style projects. Six mounting holes. Unsigned and unmarked. Appears to be 18th C or earlier. Best of luck in bidding.
