Lamp is brand new; however the box shows some wear/damage. The box has also been previously opened to test the lamp and verify the contents. The lamp was not removed from the box, and still has the original zip ties in tact. The lamp includes a funnel, a container of mineral oil, a lightbulb (verified working as of the date of this listing), and instructions.
