Up for bid is an unassembled Craftsman Thunder Bay Lumber Co Saw Mill kit from Sidetrack Laser in HO Scale. Photos show an assembled saw mill made from this kit. The photos show the sawmill as a waterfront structure as designed, but if you so choose to, the water front deck could be dicarded and the structures installed as a land based industry. The only problem with that is the name on the side of the building is laser etched and cut. You'd probably want to kit bash a covering over the sign if you took it off the deck. Freight Car, Boats, Vehicles, Trailer, Log, Track and Figures are not included. The foot print is 11" x 29"......It's new and in factory packaging. MSRP for this kit was $374.95.
