Vintage little travel or handbag sewing kit. Has original box: Patty Patch Sewing Kit. Outside is embossed gold fabric. Closes like a coin purse. Measures 3-1/2" x 2-1/2". Inside has left section with thread and needle, right section with thread and paper ruler and middle clear section with scissors. Cute!! My friend found it in her grandmother's storage attic.
