New DOTTO RING Reproduced from Original Patent 3,839,771 Thermionic Couple - $50,000 - (Austin, TX)

Full size Second Generation Dotto Ring thermo magnetic field generator as constructed by Gianni Dotto in the horizontal configuration. This is exactly as described in the patent and by his surviving son as a single ring of oxygen free copper that is heated by a 10,000 btu heating coil on one side and a 10,000 btu cooling coil on the other side to generate a thompson effect. The ring tabs are connected by a constantan nickle/copper resistance rod that produces a peltier effect that can be tuned across the gap in a square wave form monitored with the included oscilloscope in VHF and UHF frequencies to resonate with the DNA of a test subject. The unit includes a non metallic rolling treatment table to not interfere with the monopolar magnetic inductance field produced inside the ring by the movement of electrons through the copper as it radically re arranges the atomic spin poles of the copper in modified superconducting channel streams. The original devices were confiscated and destroyed but the FDA and suppressed by the AMA in the 1980's to stop Dr. Dotto's successful research being conducted on cancer patients. It is not suggested as a cancer treatment device but rather this device, because of the unique thermo magnetic field sustained by the controlled heating and cooling effects, can be applied to a wide variety of scientific studies not the least of which may be cold temperature radioactive material decontamination by forced alpha particle (heavy helium) release. This is the only Dotto Ring in existence anywhere in the world.
