Our items are generally in good condition but vintage, everything electronics are untested unless mentioned otherwise. I can't stress enough the importance of taking a good look at the picture and ask question if you're not sure. No refund for scratches unless it’s a major glitch. Shipping price are without tracking number, at the lower cost possible for you, dear customers! Which means by boat usually. Depends on where you are, it can take up to 3 months to reach destination. It also means that if the items did not reach destination, there will be no refunds unfortunately since you always have the possibilities to take an insurance. But… we’re in Canada and post is insanely expensive here. I ship with Canada Post but if you can have a better deal on a company of your choosing, you can take care of your shipping and we will arrange a pickup. If you want to request a different shipping (tracking number, fast shipping, signature, etc.) feel free to ask before paying and we'll be happy to oblige. We also do offer combine shipping at a minor cost based on the size and weight. It’s always better to ask for estimates of course. I'm usually very available to answer your questions.
