Vintage, Circa 1952, French "Heart Shaped Memorial Plaque". The petite heart (one of the smallest I have seen) measures 6 1/4" high by 6 1/2" wide, weighs 6 ounces & is enameled over metal. This plaque was shipped to me by my picker in France. The plaque is in good vintage condition as you can see, there is rust as pictured, but overall very nice for being exposed to the weather for 67 years.
