Vintage HO Scale Plasticville USA model kit Ranch House #2618 unassembled - $8 - (Johnstown, PA)

This is an HO SCALE Product: The box is no longer shrink wrapped. It is a model kit unassembled. I acquired this model kit from a hobby store that was going out of business because of the owners health. This kit was on the shelf. It is unbuilt, the plastic was removed from the box so I am listing it as used...even thought it appears to be in new condition. This kit requires assembly and painting by the buyer.
