This is an HO SCALE Product: This is a Bachmann HO Scale school house. The box is no longer shrink wrapped. It is a model kit unassembled. I acquired this model kit from a hobby store that was going out of business because of the owners health. This kit was on the shelf. It is unbuilt, the plastic was removed from the box so I am listing it as used...even thought it appears to be new. This kit requires assembly and painting by the buyer. Please see the above photographs for the condition and description of the product.
