Flow Blue- 10" Dinner Plate Floral Pattern with Gold hand painted details - $55 - (Shelbyville, KY)

This lovely flow blue plate is 10". I has a green mark on the back but I could not recognize it so I do not know who made it or the name of the pattern. Please share with me if you have information on this pattern. It has a deep blue rim with hand painted gold details. I find the upright flowers interesting. It has utensil marks and crazing.
