Vintage Gerz "KUHLER TRUNK UND HEIPE JAGD" Lidded Ceramic Beer Stein This fourth period stein features a tavern scene with two men, a woman and a fox in a scrolled frame.  On one side are the words Kuhler Trunk and on the other side, Und Heibe Jagd, which translates to "A cool drink and happy hunting."  The background of the stein is cobalt with a pewter lid. Dimensions:  The stein measures 5 3/4" to the rim or 7 1/2" with the lid. Marks/Dates:  c. 1940's/1950's.  Stamped on the bottom.
