It is new, and well made with all the details of a real grocery cart. The tiny Teddy Bear that fits in the cart nicely, and there is 5 miniature boxes of groceries and the tiny pink 1 1/4" X 1" purse, with chain handle and it does open, and fits Betsy McCall Dolls perfect, are all included to make this a great prop for your Doll.
