Lincoln SA-200 Welder F162 from 1955, With Video - $2,000 - (Wautoma, WI)
Lincoln SA-200 from around 1955, if I've read the code chart correctly. Code 2364, serial A321237. Electric start (does have original crank), on trailer with pintle hitch, lights with standard 4 pin connector, and comes with a 2017 battery. All original, except the battery mount and the side doors. Everything is in remarkably good condition. It was formerly the property of a city in Wisconsin, and had to be kept indoors and well maintained, because it's hard to find something from 1955 in this good of condition anywhere, let alone in Wisconsin. It runs, it welds as it should. The 120V A/c receptacle works. It needs a couple things, and hence, I'm selling it as is. You will need to replace the 2 radiator hoses and fan belt, and there's a leak around where the top radiator hose connects to where the fitting contacts the engine block (which you can tell is simply a gasket.) I got this last fall, I took a whiff of the gas that was in it, and it's bad gas, I've been running it off propane, so you'll need to drain the gas that's in there. I made a video of me starting, running, & welding with it, and please note I'm running this off a propane tank without the demand regulator so I have to adjust the flow manually. It's on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EXKQ77PCyYA Thanks for looking, if you have any questions at all, let me know and I'll do my best to answer them. I'm going to require payment soon after it's sold, because I've had experiences where people have "bought" this and other things and not paid me for them. I'm not willing to ship this, if you want to ship it I'll work with you, it's around 1,800 lbs. 7' long, 56" tall and wide. Local pick up, or I may be able to deliver it for a fee, but kindly talk with me first.
