Used working condition, color is heavily worn. Body is cast zinc, arm and mechanism are steel. Maker is Geo. B. Henne & Co. Philadelphia PA. Color used to be bronze brown. Price is for one. Arm length is 9 inch from center of arm pivot to center of window catch. For hinges on the right side when standing inside the room facing the window. Screw holes are 3-7/8 inch and 4-3/4 inch spread apart. Body is 5-1/4 X 1-1/2 inch. MPN: newer style No. 50 4544
