This is a Star Brass Mfg Co. from Boston with a movement made by Chelsea. The clock is running and keeping time at the time of listing. That being said, the movement seems to be a little oily.....a cleaning wouldn’t hurt. The movement is signed and all of the numbers on the case match the movement numbers, door numbers, case numbers and back plate numbers. It’s a super rare (maybe one of kind) ships clock that your not going to see again. It’s priced to sell so don’t miss it. As with any mechanical clock, this one will require professional set up and/or adjustment after shipment. Accuracy is rarely tested and maintenance records are unknown unless otherwise specified.
