Vintage WISS Inlaid Industrial Shears Scissors 20 Pat #3289296 Made in USA - $10 - (Northome, MN)

10 inches long; marked Wiss Inlaid and has serial number. Have been used and shapened before. I didn’t try to clean them. Some of finish on handles has worn off- marks on blade. Weigh 11 oz.
