Vintage Style Clock - Brass - parts or restore. . Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. You're buying a vintage I believed to be brass clock body. This is a very heavy clock and it weighs approximately 4 lb and appears to be in fair vintage condition. I removed the back off the clock to see if I could find any identifying marks to discover that the insides of the clock had been replaced with a battery operated cheap mechanism. But I believe this could be restored back to a nice old mantel or Shelf clock. It is a very nice heavyweight clock body that weighs around 4 lb I believe it to be brass but I'm not certain so I do not want to mislead. Clock is heavily tarnished and there is a worn paint area on the back as you can see in the photos. There are several holes in the back of the clock which I believe we're from the original clock parts that were removed clock is approximately 7 in high in about 8 in wide and is two and a half inches deep not including the hinged base which is about four and a half inch deep. This would make a great project clock body for anyone who has a bunch of clock parts laying around and would like to use them somewhere.
