Cap is made for Cosmicar TV zoom 12.5-75mm f1.8 C-mount lenses. Maybe it will fit other Cosmicar lenses as well. It will be shipped as pictured. Screw OD is 3mm. It is 35mm long. Handle is in good condition. The only problem is that it has some tape residue. . There is some light scuffing and scratches from normal use. It is fully operational and functions as intended.
