The brass lamp has a wooden handle on top and a brass bracket on the back. The lamp is marked “made in England” on the bracket and has a partial mark that reads “Alderson & Gyde Birmingham” on the inside container. The lamp measures approximately 16 inches to the top of the chimney and 20 inches tall to the top of the raised handle. The lamp measures approximately 8-1/2 inches wide and 5-3/4 inches deep and weighs approximately 11-1/2 pounds. There are some dings, bends, dents and scratches, and although not tested, appears to be in working order. Other than the above mentioned issues, this brass ship lamp is in very good vintage condition. (See Photos) Shipping includes packing and insurance covering amount of item cost, in the U.S., via UPS.
