Vintage Ankerlicht Anchor Light Lantern In Rare Yellow Color - $800 - (Ventura, CA)

Vintage kerosene anchor light in the unusual yellow color. Yellow all-around ship's lights would for instance be used for anchoring outside of a designated zones or if a ship was being towed. Like with traffic signals, yellow lights seem to indicate caution. White lights are far more common - as can be seen with other ship's lights for sale on eBay - as the closet analogy for this light would be that you see way more white headlights on the road than you would see yellow hazard lights.
