This Ambico continuous light powering set for video lighting is designed for camcorder lights that can be powered by Sony 6V NP-66 type battery. It is operating properly, able to power the light from the 6V AC to DC adapter. It is not designed to serve as a charger, though most such 6VDC lights can be shoe-mounted on camcorders and powered by a NiCd or NiMH battery.
