This auction is for a fine wale corduroy skirt. The size tag was removed but it fit my daughter last year when she could wear a 6 7. There is an adjuster inside the waistband to accomodate. They measure 23 inches at the waist without stretching the band(the back is elastic), and the length is 16.5 inches. The fabric tag is inside and it is made of a cotton and spandex blend.
