In good, used, vintage condition with some stains (shown in the photos). We did not wash these to try to remove the stains. Measurements: 21" at the waist (not including the ties) 27" length of ties (54" total) 23.5" from top of apron to hem 33.5" across the bottom at the hem The lightweight fabric is cotton or a poly/cotton blend.
