This beautiful Edwardian petticoat's value is in it's fabulous lace trim. This BEAUTIFUL 14 1/2" long and approximately 56" in circumference lacework is in pristine condition. At some point in the life of this petticoat a cotton/muslin drawstring "skirt" replaced its original handkerchief linen. I envision it being returned to its original magnificence with a new handkerchief linen "skirt". Possibilities abound with any talented seamstress.
