Bell & Howell Commuter II Portable Microfiche Reader This microfiche is in good condition with some rust on the handle cover and minor corrosion on the chrome cover locks. Most of the foam that was originally attached inside the unit has deteriorated and was removed. This will not effect the way the machine functions. There are minor scuffs and scratches on the exterior of the case. The unit powers on and the fan runs in AC mode. I could not make it run on the portable DC cable. The bulb is missing but a check of the bulb socket shows it is getting power. So it should work fine with a new bulb which is not included.
