Item is essentially new, and is complete except for the acetate sheet. Acetate sheets can be found easily and cheaply at many local stores, or ordered online. Box is open and shows some damage and wear but the microbeams, tweezers, cutter, glue, and clips inside are sealed in the original plastic. Missing the acetate sheet but otherwise complete. Acetate sheets can be found cheaply, so it's no big deal not having it. Free USPS shipping.
